Carlo Ancelotti is ready to head up one of the English Premier League clubs, on condition that the Munichities will break their contract with him, reports ESPN.

The Italian specialist brought the Munich club to the fifth consecutive championship title in Germany during his first season. But the failure in the Champions League (quarter-finals) and the German Cup (semi-finals) put pressure on Ancelotti due to the need for successful results this season.

However, ESPN reports he is ready to return to the English Premier League. Although the Italian is satisfied with the situation in the current club as well. It can only happen if the contract with him is preliminary terminated by the German club or if Ancelotti fails Champions League 2017-2018.

Manchester United and Liverpool were interested in working with the Munich head coach in 2014 according to ESPN. And the Merseysides wanted to see Ancelotti as their coach in October, after Brendan Rogers was fired.

Carlo Ancelotti became the Munich team head coach last summer, having signed a three-year contract with the club. He worked in Reggiana, Parma, Juventus, Milan, Chelsea, PSG and Real before that.

Carlo began coaching career in 1992 as Italian team assistant coach. He became Reggiana head coach in 1995 and worked with Parma in the next season. Ancelotti headed Juventus in 1999, where he won the Intertoto Cup (1999). Then he worked with A.C. Milan in 2001. They won the Serie A (2004), the Cup (2003) and the Italian Super Cup (2004), the Champions League (2003, 2007), the UEFA Super Cup (2003, 2007), the club World championship (2007).

Ancelotti accepted English Chelsea invitation in the summer of 2009. They won the Premier League (2010), the Cup (2010) and the English Super Cup (2009) together. Carlo signed a contract with the French Paris Saint-Germain in late December 2011. He won the French championship (2013), and also led the team to the Champions League quarter-finals of 2012/13.

Ancelotti headed Real Madrid in summer 2013. They won the Champions League-2013/2014 together. Nevertheless, the coach was forced to resign at the end of the season-2014/15, when the Whites did not win a single trophy.
